Picos de Europa National Park This was Spain’s first protected park, over 100 years ago, and is now a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Between the provinces of Asturias, León and Cantabria, you can wander in the mountains and follow its trails and routes, such as the Cares Trail. Spend the night in one of the many mountain refuges and take your pick from the adventure sports on offer: climbing, canyoning, mountain biking, via ferrata, etc. Caminito del Rey There’s more to Malaga than beaches.
