What language is spoken in Spain?

Spanish is the language spoken all over Spain. However other languages are also spoken in certain areas. These are Catalan, in Catalonia; Galician, in Galicia; Euskera/Basque, in the Basque Country; Valencian, in the Region of Valencia; and a particular variety of Catalan, spoken in the Balearic Islands.

The Spanish constitution guarantees the freedom to practice any religion, although most of the population is Catholic. The Muslim, Jewish, Protestant and Hindu faiths are also observed in Spain and all have their own respective places of worship.
